A quote is based on supplied information or a site survey. If hidden routes, distances or regulatory requirements change the scope, we explain the effect and request approval before proceeding.
Execution and handover
Timing and deliverables are fixed in the quote. Our AB-570 method supports labelled points, testing and documented handover where included in scope.
Sales and refunds
Cancellation, returns, custom orders and delayed services are detailed in our sales and refund policy.
Warranty
Workmanship and device coverage, claims and exclusions are detailed in our warranty policy.
Privacy and recordings
Personal data is handled under our privacy policy. Site surveillance recordings belong to and remain the responsibility of the site owner; we access them only when authorised and necessary for service.

Surveillance and alarm systems support deterrence, evidence and response but cannot guarantee that incidents will never occur. These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia without reducing mandatory consumer rights.
