For shops and commercial facilities
What we hear from you
Three problems that recur — and how we prevent them.
“The inspection came and the licence was suspended”
We check your readiness before the visit and give you a report of the shortfalls so you can correct them.
“I cannot keep track of the branches”
One portal shows the state of every branch: its contract, its visits and its reports.
“Recording stopped and nobody noticed”
Scheduled maintenance checks recording and retention, not only whether the device is online.
What we do for you
Six things your facility actually needs.
Licence and compliance readiness
A free check, a detailed report, and correction of the findings before the official visit.
Surveillance designed for the shop
Till, entrances, stockroom and aisles — with considered lenses and angles.
Access control and attendance
Who enters the stockroom and when, with attendance linked to human resources.
A network that can carry operations
Point-of-sale terminals, devices and cameras on a managed network, not a domestic router.
A documented maintenance contract
Scheduled visits, before-and-after photographs, and a report sent to the owner automatically.
A follow-up portal for every branch
Your contracts, visits and reports in one place on the platform.
Not your category?
Every category has its own page.
We serve individuals, facilities, companies and government entities — each with different requirements and a different language.
Homes and villas, Companies and factories, Contractors and engineering offices, Government and public facilities
We start by understanding your situation — not by selling a device.
Tell us about your site and what you need, and you get a clear initial picture before any commitment.
The regulatory requirements for your activity
Many commercial facilities discover the requirement at inspection or at licence renewal rather than before. Installing and maintaining surveillance cameras is a licensed activity, and the specifications and retention periods carry requirements that differ by activity classification and floor area.
We identify what applies to your activity and write it into the quotation before purchase — so you do not buy a system that works but is not accepted. In detail: the compliance certificate.
What we need from you to price accurately
- The area of the shop or office and the number of floors
- The number of entrances, exits and rear doors
- The position of the till points and the stockroom, and the trading hours
- Whether there is internet and a network cabinet, or whether both need first-fixing
- The number of branches, if you want one standard applied across them
Multiple branches
The difference between one branch and two is not double the equipment. It is the need for a single view that sees all branches, permissions that separate the branch manager from the owner, and a maintenance report that says which branch is running and which has stopped. So a standard is built for one branch and then applied, rather than each branch being executed to a different judgement.
The network before the camera
Most complaints from commercial facilities are not about the camera but about the network beneath it: point-of-sale, the guest network and the cameras all on one device, so everything slows down. The paths are separated, and the cameras are fed from a switch that supports power over the cable instead of scattered sockets.
