Browser storage

We use localStorage for theme choice, consent settings, details you chose to remember for the latest request, and a server-signed chat identity that prevents another person reading your conversation by guessing an ID.

Website chat

The chat loads from our platform at connect.abtech.sa and sends messages you type plus the secure conversation identifier. This operates the requested service and is not advertising analytics. See our privacy policy.

Analytics and marketing

After consent, we count page views and conversion events in aggregate on our own server without storing names, mobile numbers or form contents. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel remain disabled until official IDs are configured and will not load before explicit consent.

If you reject

Browsing, Smart Advisor, service requests and chat continue to work. Rejection only blocks optional tools.

Withdraw and delete

Use Manage cookie consent in every footer. You can also clear this site data in browser settings; the website may then ask for theme or chat-name preferences again.
