For individuals and homeowners
What we hear from you
Three problems that recur — and how we prevent them.
“The technician forgot to run a cable to the gate”
Every point is fixed on the drawing before the walls are poured, then numbered and documented.
“The signal is weak on the second floor”
We calculate coverage from the number of floors and wall thickness, not with an extender added later.
“I do not know how many cameras I need”
The Smart Advisor gives you a count and a storage figure before you pay a riyal.
What we do for you
Six things we take on in your home.
First-fix to AB-570
Routes, cable sizes and numbering before finishing — it saves you breaking walls later.
Surveillance that suits a home
Entrances, yard and perimeter covered, with a live view from your phone wherever you are.
A network across every floor
Access points placed by calculation, not a chain of range extenders.
A smart home in stages
Start with lighting and air conditioning, and expand later on the same first-fix.
Smart doorbell and gate control
You see who is at the door and open for them while you are away.
Documented annual maintenance
A scheduled visit with photographs, and a report that reaches you without asking.

When to start — and this is the point that matters
The most expensive thing a homeowner pays is not the price of the equipment; it is breaking a wall after finishing. First-fix comes before buying:
- Before the pour — conduit routes, back boxes and drop points.
- Before finishing — pulling cables, numbering them and preparing the network cabinet.
- After finishing — installation, configuration and commissioning.
If the house already stands, the work is still possible with a tidy surface route or with wireless solutions, and the difference is stated plainly before you buy.
What we need from you
- Floor drawings if they exist, or the area of each floor and the number of rooms
- The build stage: before the pour, before finishing, or an existing house
- Entrances, the gate, the yard and the roof
- Who uses the system: the owner alone, or family members with different permissions
What is handed to you — and stays in your name
- Application accounts in the owner’s name, not the technician’s — so you never need anyone to change a password.
- A point drawing showing what was installed and where.
- Passwords written down and handed over, with practical training on use.
- A written warranty stating its term and what it covers.
Privacy
Cameras cover your property: the entrances, the yard and the walkways. They are not aimed into neighbours’ homes, nor further down the public road than covering your own entrance requires. The angles are fixed on the handover drawing rather than left to the technician’s judgement on installation day.
